Job Description:

Foot Locker is looking for an innovative, forward-thinking, growth driven Marketing Manager to join the team leading our newly launched Controlled Brands. The Marketing Manager is responsible for building and managing high performing marketing strategies and campaigns while focusing on the overall health and growth of our controlled brands.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner across retail and digital to ensure brand vision is achieved
• Build and manage Foot Locker Controlled Brands (LCKR, Don C, cozi) ensuring that positioning and purpose are translated into clear messaging and distinct communications and creative
• Work with Marketing and Merchandising leadership to hone, strengthen and uphold the each brands’ vision, brand architecture, and visual equity
• Collaborate with key cross functional partners on new brand development
• Direct and maintain quarterly brand tracking partnering with CI to maximize actionable insights and develop plans to use insights across the full range of offline and digital marketing channels
• Own and maintain all brand books
• Develop omnichannel go to market strategies to drive awareness, accelerate growth and fuel retention
• Develop and track KPIs and success metrics in coordination with the marketing leaders, reporting out on results and actions

Job Requirements:

• Experience managing other team members
• Minimum 3+ years of traditional brand management experience
• Ability to inform, influence, and negotiate across functions and with all organization levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong strategic mindset and a creative thinker who is not afraid to question the status quo
• Effective project management and communication skills
• Passion for sneaker culture, sports and entertainment
