Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining the grounds around the building and repairing the physical structures of buildings and equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists in maintaining building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
• Cleans snow and debris from sidewalk.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs and vacuums warehouse, hallways, stairs and office space.
• Needs to report all pertinent information when completing work orders.
• Responsible for mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds and raking and disposing of leaves and refuses.
• Cleans shipping area and racks.
• Empties trash and garbage containers.
• Responsible for biohazard clean up.
• Requisitions of tools, equipment, and supplies

Job Requirements:

• Qualified candidates will be able to stand, walk, and lift weighted boxes.
• More details will be provided but will need the ability to meet vision requirements and meet other physical demands within labor regulations.
• Applicants must be 18 or older, have a positive attitude, be open to learning, work well with others and have the willingness to prioritize customer needs.
