Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification – Grade 12 or equivalent
• Preferred Qualification – Relevant completed Legal Degree
• Experience – 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Long-term Insurance Industry, handling Ombudsman complaints, including the drafting of responses
• Additional Knowledge – Very good knowledge of market conduct and insurance principles and legislation
