As a FedEx Inside Sales Representatives you will identify opportunities with both existing and potential accounts within an assigned territory. - Develop solutions that best meet the needs of the customer.
- Maintain and deepen business relationships at a variety of levels.
- Qualify and convert incoming enquiries.
- Maximise incremental revenue whilst also identifying new business opportunities to achieve revenue and profit goals.
- Manage the lifetime value of customers by exceeding pre-defined volumes of quality sales calls.
- Focus on management of a Customer Portfolio.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus the ability to interpret information and apply it to the sales process.
