Job Description: • To oversee effective and efficient delivery of the transactional service at the Business Unit level with the focus on Employee Talent Management, employee life cycle management administration, recruitment and housing administration. [the_ad id="29344"] Job Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to data management processes that facilitate data integrity Use HR technology and systems to extract relevant HR data Formulate, prepare and manage management reports for Manager, HR against targets Monitor data integrity to ensure data is captured accurately and product related data on document management systems/databases is in accordance with procedural standards Ensure mechanisms are in place to facilitate data integrity on all HR related systems to ensure maximum accountability Compile meaningful HR reports through analysis, interpretation, comparisons and trend analyses and recommend solutions Participate in and manage business unit specific projects towards improving the quality of processes and systems Job Requirements: Manage and ensure the fulfilment of agreed Human Resources (HR) site services Service Level Agreements (SLA) 3-5 years Relevant Human Resources operations experience of which at least 2 years management experience.
