Providing direction & control on governance, administration practices & other laws regulating tenders & how members of procurement tender committees (PTC) should discharge fiduciary duties relating to running of meetings

Job Responsibilities:

• Enforcing alignment to procurement and supply chain management policies, directives and procedures
• Leading and influencing the governance and compliance function
• Influencing and ensuring adherence to corporate governance within the P&SCM Function
• Performing resource management for the governance and compliance function
• Providing a governance and compliance advisory service to the P&SCM fraternity
