Job Requirements:

• 2 years Technical experience in Power Distribution
  Leadership: Strong communication skills, Entrepreneurial mind-set, Ability to build effective relationships and delivery on expectations, Coaching and mentoring.
• Attributes: Hearing. Visual acuity. Colour Vision. Eye/hand/feet co-ordination. Physical strength. Mobility/agility.
• ECSA Registration as Candidate
• Skill: Extensive experience in successful plant configuration and project management technical problem-solving skills. Analytical skills. Life cycle planning skills. Presentation skills,
• Multi-disciplinary problem solving. Communication skills.
• BSc or B Eng in Civil Engineering
• Knowledge: Power plant system and technology knowledge, Design codes and standards, Engineering theory knowledge, Knowledge of relevant processes, policies, guidelines and legislation. Engineering design skills, Analytical skills, Cost analysis/economic evaluation skills.
• Be able to work as part of a team. Communication skills. Presentation skills. Technical report writing. Safety consciousness.
• Behavioral: Strong drive to learn, Be results and delivery focused, Integrity, Safety consciousness, Professionalism.
