- Partnering with internal partners, including sales, regulatory, finance, supply, demand planning, HCC & global marketing teams to effectively execute against local business plans.
- This position is located in Markham, Ontario and requires travel of up to 20% of the time.
- Other responsibilities include backorder and samples management, copy review and capital planning/ordering
- Developing and supporting of our enabling technologies offerings
- A minimum of a University degree is required. An MBA is an asset.
- Co-leading development of RFP marketing strategies and support submissions.
- Medical Device or Orthopaedic industry knowledge in the Canadian Healthcare environment is preferred.
- Developing customer/market/patient understanding financial analyses to uncover relevant and actionable insights.
- Supporting annual marketing, strategic & business planning.
- Raising brand awareness through creation of regional playbooks and other marketing collateral, constant communication, sharing best practices and success.
- Strong collaboration and teaming skills with a variety of different cross-functional areas, and ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing core brand strategies (4P’s of Marketing) with franchise alignment.
- Exemplary communication skills (written and verbal); must be comfortable presenting in front of small groups and speaking in public.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience (i.e marketing, sales, business development, and/or franchise development) is required.
- Leading recommendations to drive profitable growth.
- Must be proactive and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple projeManaging strategic products, designing and executing NPI and promotional plans.
