Job Description:
The Global Media Manager within the Media Tower of Marketing Procurement manages strategic sourcing initiatives for The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) as part of the Global Media Procurement Senior Director and is responsible for delivery within NAOU. The role partners closely with the marketing organizations and supports within the global media teams and PACS performance teams.

- Responsible for making improvements of processes, systems or products to optimize performance
- Remit is NAOU but may be required at times to support other teams
- Operates with broad latitude in a complex environment, be a subject matter expert within the organization & manage large projects or processes.
- Solve problems by identifying the root cause and modifying solutions applied to similar
- Able to work well across multi-functions and as part of a global team
- Execution of global strategy and recommending strategies and plans with direct impact on results
- Represent the function of marketing procurement internally and externally to support a progressive, modern and dynamic approach to business.
- Competent and comfortable with data and able to represent this in a way that is clearly understood in the business and drives action
- Coaches lower-level professionals in skills, delegates work to them and reviews it
- Support on ME&E workstream and performance results
Job Requirements:
- Experience of working closely with marketing teams, partnering to deliver outstanding value driven results
- Able to adhere to clear working processes, scopes of work, ensuring perfect delivery
- The candidate will have significant experience across media buying responsibility for media and commercial activities at a senior manager level in an agency or advertiser environment.
- Deep insight into how the media industry works and strong knowledge of the field and key players.
- Strong commercial, relationship building, negotiation and procurement knowledge:
- Able to read, edit and interpret contractual documentation and manage contract performance
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing strategies to ensure that formal supplier agreements activate the elements of the sourcing strategy and support performance standards.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a virtual global team to deliver results and share best practices
- Good understanding of digital and data technologies to plan, buy and measure media campaigns
- Resume must be in English to be considered for this role.
- Global work experience, strong influencing skills and working across multi projects
- Able to understand financial models and translate business requirements into implementation plans.
- Recognized thought leader mastering professional discipline.
- 7+ years of work experience in media buying or media sales/consultancy.
- Ability to use data and apply robust analytics to model various business scenarios and analyze resulting cost, impact, risks, and benefits to inform and recommend business solutions.
