Job Description:
We are looking for Data Engineers to join our growing data engineering team on a transformation journey to “Data as a Product” delivering business value through features based on customer needs. The Data Engineers will be responsible for expanding and optimizing data pipeline and data flow.

- Translate business needs to technical specifications
- Build semantic models, marts/cubes using Azure Analysis Services & Power BI
- Work along side engineers, senior engineers, and architects to learn and develop your data engineering skills
- Gain deep technical expertise in Azure Data Services.
- Gain experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Ensure conceptual and architectural integrity of the platform.
- Participate in collaborative software design and development of the analytical products using Azure Data Services (Azure Analysis Services, Synapse Analytics, CosmosDB, Spark/Databricks, PowerBI etc.).
- Contributes to the design, development of data-pipelines, and feature engineering of data solutions
Job Requirements:
- Willingness to learn, experiment, try new things, fail, and grow!
- University Degree (Bachelor) in Computer Science, Management Information System, or a related technical field plus 1-3 years related work experience or a Master’s in a related field
- Experience with Big Data migrations/transformations programs in the Data Warehousing / Business Intelligence areas.
- Experience working with public clouds like Azure, AWS etc.
- Polyglot development: Capable of developing in at least one programming language like Python, Java, or Scala.
- Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable ‘big data’ data stores.
- Good working knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Good understanding of distributed computing and cloud service models: PaaS, IaaS, SaaS.
- Experience in data modeling techniques and data structures.
- Azure Certifications: DP-200: Implementing an Azure Data Solution DP-201: Designing an Azure Data Solution AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps
- Solutions or others related to the position.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for deploying services using Github Actions
