Job Description:
The Supply Planning Senior Manager and their team are critical to our day-to-day operations in balancing demand and supply by managing the master schedule of both company owned and contract manufacturing resources. In addition to resolving capacity constraints while delivering world class service to our customers.

- Support SAP/Anaplan system planning processes, standardization and maintaining master data integrity, conduct data audits and planning record clean-up.
- Supporting the development and implementation of all planning tools (Anaplan/ORI) to their team.
- Understand key supply chain performance levers (e.g., on-time delivery, total supply chain cost, operational feasibility, etc.) and seek solutions to improve these metrics.
- Provide analyses to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Accountable for executing and overseeing day to day short-term production and redistribution planning as well as exception management.
- (0-13 weeks) Support planning strategy for assigned production lines and supply network structure.
- Lead and develop Operational Supply Planning Team to best manage product supply across the national network.
- Track and manage short-term performance of production attainment and order fulfillment.
- Perform finished goods write-off (BD&L) exposure reviews at the plant/system level.
- Facilitate the execution of product allocation planning.
Job Requirements:
- 5-10 years of planning experience required
- 3-5 years of team leadership required
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred as well as appropriate field of study
- Production Schedules; Strategic Objectives; Mentorship; Master Production Scheduling (MPS); Supply Chain
- Experience with SAP(R3), Anaplan, ORI & Power BI preferred
- APICS or CSCMP certifications a plus
