Job Description: D365 Security and Controls Administrator will be responsible for leading the Security set up in ERP for Application security configurations, Roles, Profiles, SoD Validations for Coca Cola Bottling Investments Group [the_ad id="29344"] Job Responsibilities: As a Senior Application Security Analyst, you will work closely with Application Development, Quality Assurance, Technical Services and business teams to ensure our solutions are highly secure. Work with the Security Governance team to provide inputs to security policies and standards based on analysis from D365 security issues. Sensitive access and segregation of duties(SOD) configuration The D365 Security and Controls Administrator produces a plan for optimally addressing the needs of the business via the technical environment, where appropriate. Identify and track security issues throughout the organization that are not in compliance against our policies and standards and work with the business to mitigate them Provide subject matter expertise for D365 related security and controls activities, such as D365 roles (F&O and CE), D365 segregation of duties, D365 business automated controls Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 F&O, CE and Power Platform roles, permissions definition and provisioning Develop security test plans from architectural design; identify deficiencies and make enhancements to ensure production is not impacted Deliver security solutions that address their specific D365 ERP needs in a meaningful way and with a value driven approach Obtain and review all required artifacts as part of go/no go analyses at security checkpoint phases in the development cycle Work with bottler stakeholders to report, update and closure on D365 Security Audit Findings The D365 Security and Controls Administrator works closely with stakeholders to identify and document the needs of the business. Job Requirements: Minimum 5 -6 years of experience on international projects within Security Profile Hands-on experience of maintaining roles, duties and privileges in a live D365 F&O or AX2012 environment is essential 10-12 years Work Experience Understanding of SharePoint and Power BI security is also desirable.
