Job Description:

Performs the capacity forecasting function for back office operational teams, specific to Client Medicare Advantage (MA). Reviews and trends key metrics such as receipts, inventory, membership, attainment, barrier time, productivity, at work/on prod, attrition, volume mix, on-shore vs. off-shore and the respective staffing requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Tracks and trends client operational metrics (receipts, production, overtime, inventory, etc.) to help drive business decisions.
• Actively participate in recurring team meetings and 1x1s
• Requires solution-based strategic thinking to enable the business to operate as lean as possible without sacrificing quality or risking metric results
• Communicate client inventory hot spots and remediation plans to Senior Leadership within Client.
• Analyzes operational metrics to enhance forecasts and make recommendations.
• Generate & review the short term capacity files with the client supervisors and managers to ensure assumptions are accurate and up to date.
• Generate & review the long term capacity files with the client supervisors and managers to ensure assumptions are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor and publish results to plan, identify gaps & lead remediation strategy with operations.
• Assists Client MA by creating “what if” scenarios that allows the business functions to make informed decisions by understanding the impacts miscellaneous assumptions will have to their inventory.

Job Requirements:

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel; Keen ability to present data and proposals for multiple audiences in a clear and concise manner that facilitates clear and constructive dialog among matrix partners
• Excellent communication skills: written, oral, and listening
• Sense of urgency
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred with 5+ years equivalent work experience in workforce management, financial/budget planning, or supply chain required
• Acute attention to detail
• Salesforce and Verint experience preferred
