Job Description:
Reporting to the Client Executive Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the European based Client Managers in all aspects of account maintenance, ensuring maximum effectiveness of internal administrative processes and communication to guarantee optimum service to the client.

- Database Management, ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately.
- Client manage the bookrated portfolio of client by taking the lead in resolving day to day and complex enquiries for your assigned portfolio, and working with internal stakeholders to resolve within agreed timelines.
- Pro-actively manage and negotiate renewal for our book rated portfolio by executing our annual renewal strategy to deliver retention and rate action goals.
- Participate in client visits to the European Service Centre and occasionally accompany the Client Managers to large corporate medical Client Meetings
- Facilitate the renewal process for large corporate medical clients in conjunction with the Client Management team
- Gather and analyse claims data.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients, by pro-actively engaging in regular communication by email or telephone.
