Job Description: Lead the development and implementation of the region’s strategic growth plans, including the design and delivery of the value proposition in the market and the regional health strategy [the_ad id="29344"] Job Responsibilities: Lead the strategic planning process for all segments across EGS collaborating with SLT and other functional partners and ensuring alignment with International Markets strategic initiatives and direction. Facilitate establishment and socialization of shared vision and aspiration across the enterprise; drive prioritisation and planning to successfully execute the strategic plan. Build out an M&A framework including monitoring evaluation and execution of inorganic options. Lead regional M&A strategy in close partnership with both the International Markets strategy and corporate development teams. Align EGS strategy to IM strategy, partnering closely with other regions to identify opportunities for collaboration Leadership of the strategy execution office and programme delivery resources, enabling resource allocation, prioritization and execution of core regional investment priorities. Provide expert insights to annual strategic planning process, leveraging stakeholder and competitive research and analysis, market sizing and projection modeling, and review of strengths/competency, opportunities and gaps. Determine where to compete / targeted geographies and customer segments. Lead product and proposition development designed to maximize global growth strategy for Europe and Global Segments. Oversee a team responsible for refreshing existing core products that will help drive incremental growth, as well as introduce new products and enhancements that are compliant and competitive within the target market(s). Identify changes in the environment, macro-trends, stakeholders’ needs and competitor strategies - evaluate, adjust, or redirect the business plan to address risk and capitalise on opportunity.
