Job Responsibilities:

• To work within NMC Guidelines, whilst adhering to Cigna protocols and processes.
• Verbal and written communications
• Achievement of set individual goals that contribute to the overall performance of the team.
• Self-motivation, uses own initiative and will make decisions.
• Planning and organising abilities
• To work with patients/family, clients and medical professionals at all levels.
• This is a telephone based role using a multi-disciplinary approach to evaluating patient treatment plans, assessing, and facilitating the need for alternative services.

Job Requirements:

• Registered nurses who are currently working in a hospital based setting or away from same for no more than 12 months, with comprehensive knowledge and experience in more than one of the following fields of nursing:
• Neurosurgery
• Neurology
• Medical
• Oncology
• Surgical
• Opthamology
• Orthopaedics
• ENT
• Cigna HealthCare Benefits is looking for Qualified RGN’s, with a minimum of 6 years post registration experience.
