Job Description:
Reporting into the Medicare Channel Director, this role will have accountability for the planning and production of pre-sale Medicare Advantage materials. This role will be responsible for the timely production of materials that drive education, awareness and ultimately sales across the full set of marketing channels.

- Manage relationships with creative teams and with the inventory ordering system vendors
- Manage marketing and sales procedure documents for sales collateral
- Manage trainings as needed for end user groups
- Manage print production documentation (field-mapping, print specs, attributes documents and plant level testing/reviews
- Act as a key conduit with the channel marketing specialties (broker, provider, affinity and enterprise marketing)
- Evaluate learnings from existing and prior campaigns for optimization
- Manage metrics for all business activities, measure results, and capture the learnings for continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
- Ability to foster collaboration and value others perspectives and gain support and buy-in for organizational proposals
- Excellent attention to detail
- Bachelors Degree strongly preferred; 4+ years of relevant, strategic experience required
- Proven ability to work in a heavily matrixed environment
- Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
- Curious and inquisitive nature that loves to think from the consumer’s point of view
- Health insurance industry experience required—or experience working in a highly regulated industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presence
