Job Description:
The Merchandise Processor facilitates moving products throughout a distribution center by working in areas such as e-commerce, repack, automated storage and retrieval system, metro e-commerce center, reverse logistics center, or returns.

- Retrieves merchandise to fulfill customer and store orders.
- Scans barcodes and processes merchandise by moving it to proper areas.
- Maintains clean work area by removing empty pallets, sweeping, and cleaning up boxes and other debris.
- Fulfills online orders by locating, packing, and shipping products to customers or Best Buy locations.
- Triages products for functionality and assesses their visible condition to determine resale eligibility.
- Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to their needs.
- Records triage findings in internal processing systems for sale listings.
- Cleans and replaces product components including faceplates, headphone tips, camera lenses, chargers, and other approved components.
- Wipes data from devices by utilizing approved tools and processes.
