Job Description: This role is a key member of the team responsible for developing and implementing our US Supply chain strategy. The team has a significant capital budget and large-scale projects including fully automating the Fulfilment Centre in Atlanta, driving continuous improvement within current operations, [the_ad id="29344"] Job Responsibilities: Supporting industry research and analysis on developments and trends, cascading to the wider team to ensure that ASOS are leading the way with the latest innovative solutions Supporting the project team by maintaining project plans and coordinating updates Supporting the delivery of projects including the co-ordination of functional requirements, execute project administration, ensuring all documentation managed and stored correctly, health checks executed, all external/internal communications delivered, collation and delivery of testing and training plans, post-implementation reviews, benefit realisation etc. Supporting the definition, standardisation and delivery of “best practice” operational process across our supply chain processes Assisting the team with the development of business cases and working with key stakeholders to enable business/commercial sign off Focusing on optimisation, support the on-going evaluation of processes and infrastructure across our E2E supply chain, helping to identify and deliver improvements in both service to customer and cost Develop automated project reporting processes Collating, establishing and maintaining a library of specifications of what our “best practice” looks like for use in future projects Producing programme and category dashboard reports for all live projects/categories, ensuring we maintain transparency Using a strong and broad range of analytical skills to ensure data-driven decision making underpins all of our projects Working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams, both internally and externally to support analysis, concept development, planning and successful execution of projects that drive efficiency and effectiveness in our supply chain Job Requirements: Good organisational skills is essential A can do attitude with a hands on approach. Project Management Professional Qualification desirable Experience of working with geographically dispersed partners. A broad based background in secretarial and office administration and support processes. Commercial understanding including the development of Business cases and ROI calculations, budget management and forecasting.
