Job Description:
We are looking for a Compliance officer to provide assurance over the effectiveness of controls by monitoring compliance with statutory and donor requirements and the organisation’s policies and procedures.

- Provide reports on audits conducted
- Identify apparent and potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk
- Review all contracts duration period
- Identify and report compliance issues that require follow ups and /or investigation
- Conduct reviews on payment files to ensure compliance with donor requirements and internal policies and procedures
- Conduct Compliance diligence checks
Job Requirements:
- Donor funding in an NGO environment will be an advantage
- Attention to detail, systematic and thorough
- Computer literate (MS Office, Word, Excel)
- Sound knowledge of financial accounting
- Familiar with operational, financial & quality assurance standards
- Matric Certificate
- BCom Accounting degree or diploma or any relevant qualification
- At least 2-3 years accounting experience
