Job Responsibilities:

  • Preprare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Order offie supplies and daily contact with vendors.
  • Arranging travel and hotel accomodations.
  • Act as point of contact for internal and external clients and vendors.
  • Provides general support to our Manager and Team Members, assisting in a daily office needs and managing general administrative activities.
  • Provide general support to visitors and vendors.
  • Interact with the corresponding departments regarding team member administration duties.
  • Prepare business presentations.
  • Organize meetings and town halls.
  • Administrative duties and special projects as required.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Performs varied secretarial and clerical duties.
  • Organize and schedule appointments. Plan meetings and take detailed notes.
  • Answer direct phone calls.

Job Requirements:

  • Above average administrative skills.
  • Must have a valid USA tourist visa or expired max January 2017.
  • Dynamic and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent customer service and software handling skills.
  • High school diploma or above
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Writing and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish.
