Job Description:

Load the latest approved operating and customer software onto new terminals using memory sticks or via ethernet to CMS as per the specific customer software

Job Responsibilities:

• Load the required keys on terminals
• Hand over terminals to the relevant department for key injection.
• Prepare terminals for shipping by packing terminals into boxes and making sure that all components are included
• Clean and package terminals
• Where applicable, prepare new terminals for key injection by loading relevant key injection software using a memory stick.
• Prepare terminals for dispatch by putting them into boxes in accordance with customer requirements as per instruction from the line manager.
• Perform parameter downloads
• Ensure correct functionality of terminals
