This opportunity will assist to develop and support supply chain initiatives and projects.that focus on the optimization of business processes and Supply Chain activities. We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Process Engineer to join our Supply Chain team on a permanent basis. This position will be based at our Support Centre in Kuilsriver and will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and update Supplier manuals
• Cross-docks
• Report eriting and development
• Inbound Planning
• DC Operational processes
• Develop and table transport budget and monitor for deviations
• Identify, develop and implement Supply Chain initiatives to support Strategic outcomes
• Analysis of stakeholder compliance in relation to suppliers, inbound balancing and outbound Supply Chain
• Publish and Brandfile Supplier Scorecard

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years Business process optimisation and benchmarking
• Project management Life Cycle (DMAIC or similar)
• Developing Project proposals and solutions
• 1-3 years Project Planning and management
• SCOR or similar supply chain standardisation
• Financial techniques and modelling
• Supply Chain management – Inbound and Outbound logistics, Warehousing and Distribution
• Logistics and Supply Chain processes
• 1-2 years System Support (BI)
• 1-3 years Continuous improvement processes
• 2-3 years Supply Chain knowledge in Apparel Retail (Buying, Planning, Supply Chain)
• Network and Capacity Planning/Modelling
• 1-3 years Management experience in a planning/supply chain environment
• Continuous improvement (Benchmarking, 5S, 6 Sigma etc.)
