Job Description:
The successful applicant must have excellent understanding of tech products, great networking and relationship building skills. They must also be able to lead a team of store managers, and to provide direction within the division in order to achieve divisional goals.

- Generate and exceed sales budgets and growth
- Oversee effective stock management processes within the division
- Ensure correct assortment and customer profiling for stores within the division
- Optimise the sales of the division through effective implementation of business processes
- Establish and maintain good relationships with Suppliers (Network providers, Cellular Department, Financial Services, and other stakeholders)
- Ensure you keep teams informed about supplier promotions and that they implement accordingly
- Competitor awareness
- Exceed customer expectations through effective implementation of the Connect store strategy
- Attend supplier meetings/trainings and ensure latest information is shared with store teams, including Ackermans stores within same location as Connect stores
- Attend monthly cross functional meetings
Job Requirements:
- Financial services
- Post matric qualification in Business Commerce/Retail or Marketing
- People Management (scheduling/planning/tasking)
- Matric (ideal subjects: Economics, Accounting and Mathematics)
- Extensive knowledge of tech products
- Applicable HR policies & procedures
- In store supply chain
- Retail Management /Leadership Development programmes
