We all love going to the movies! Working at the Reel Time theater, you will providing treats for the community and a smile to every customer’s face. You’ll be helping our customers get ready to watch a great movie in our recently renovated theater! In doing so, you’ll become a part of their cherished memories.

- Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping
- Listen to customer needs; ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer
- Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to the register to let them know you’ll be right with them.
- Utilizes leadership skills to empower associates to create a positive environment that drives the customer experience and exchange brand loyalty.
- Oversees associates in the execution of strategies to deliver a tailored customer experience in theater locations.
- Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
Job Requirements:
- Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions
- Able to take initiative
- Previous theater operations experience is preferred
- Able to share brand knowledge
- 6 months supervisory experience required
- Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
