Job Description: The Senior Analyst will also work with the Personalization teams to ensure that the Co-Brand and Loyalty marketing ecosystem is optimized across JetBlue’s owned channels (website, email, etc.). Other duties as assigned Serving as an internal workgroup liaison, partnering closely with internal Loyalty & Co-Brand team to understand program strategy and roadmap and facilitating discussions to inform and determine business and communications needs Representing JetBlue as the day-to-day point-of-contact with agencies and co-brand partners Works closely with Customer Data Insights & Personalization teams to identify different audience segments in order to drive existing card member spend and acquire new card members Leading acquisition and spend marketing efforts across all JetBlue-owned digital channels Overseeing the development of the U.S. Co-Brand and Loyalty marketing strategy, brand campaigns and promotions, creative evaluation and feedback, optimizing marketing plans and analyzing program results Partner with revenue accounting and marketing analytics team to ensure all financial reporting and forecasting is accurate and distributed appropriately Job Requirements: Ability to manage advertising agency and other business partners Authorization to work in the US is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant experience.
